What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted. Every AI system, document and piece of evidence is preserved. Pick a plan whenever you're ready and everything picks up exactly where you left off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; plan changes at renewal are seamless either direction.
What exactly counts as an “AI system”?
Any AI model, tool or feature you build or use that makes or supports a decision — a hiring screener, a support chatbot, a fraud model. Each one is registered separately so its classification, gap analysis and documents stay specific to it.
How does annual billing save money?
Annual plans are billed at 10 months' worth of the monthly price — two months free. That's $378/year back on Starter and $758/year back on Scale.
What's the difference between Enterprise and Agency?
Enterprise is for one organisation managing its own AI compliance at unlimited scale. Agency is for consultancies, law firms and audit companies managing compliance on behalf of multiple clients — with isolated client workspaces and white-label.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. Starter and Scale are self-serve from sign-up; Enterprise and Agency include custom onboarding at no extra cost.
