Inside an obligation
Every obligation explains itself.
What is this?
A plain-language explanation of what the obligation actually requires for this exact AI system — no legal citations to decode.
What should you do?
A numbered action plan: assign an owner, write the procedure, implement it, capture records as you go, and review on a schedule.
What evidence do you need?
The exact documents, logs and records an auditor would ask for — approved procedures, activity records, named owners, review history.
Examples
Real-world examples of strong and weak compliance for this specific obligation, so "documented" means something concrete.

Every obligation also carries a status — Not Started, In Progress, Documented or Requires Review — and an assignee, so nothing falls through the cracks.
The dashboard
Built for the shape of real compliance work.
Readiness ring
A live percentage per system per framework, calculated from documented vs. total obligations — the same number that feeds the dashboard and trust profile.
Control groups
Obligations are grouped by theme — Accuracy & Robustness, Post-Market Monitoring — each with its own progress bar, so a 40-obligation framework never reads as one long list.
Status breakdown
Every control group shows a live count of Documented, In Progress, Not Started and Requires Review — colour-coded so risk areas stand out immediately.
Framework switcher
Move between EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF and every other active framework with one click, or view all of them at once.
System vs. Organisation
Toggle between obligations tied to one AI system and obligations that apply company-wide, like your AI Policy or governance structure.
Search, filter & assign
Search obligations by name, filter by status or assignee, sort by progress, and assign any obligation to a teammate directly.
Where it fits
Gap analysis is the center of the platform.
AI Inventory
Classify a system and its obligations appear here automatically — nothing is entered twice.
ExploreEvidence Vault
Link evidence directly to the obligation it proves, and reuse it across frameworks that ask for the same thing.
ExploreAI Documents
Turn a Requires Review or Not Started obligation into a drafted document in seconds.

FAQ
Common questions.
Where do the obligations come from?
They're generated automatically once an AI system is classified in AI Inventory — filtered by its role, so a Deployer never sees Provider-only requirements.
What's the difference between System and Organisation obligations?
System obligations are specific to one AI system — like accuracy levels for a fraud-detection model. Organisation obligations apply company-wide regardless of which system, like maintaining an AI Policy or a governance structure.
Does evidence uploaded for one framework help with others?
Yes — cross-framework evidence sharing suggests when a document already satisfies a control in another active framework, so it's never uploaded twice.
Can I assign obligations to my team?
Yes. Every obligation can be assigned to a teammate, who sees it in their own task view and is notified when it needs attention.
